Beyonce’s Career Inspires Texas University Students

Beyonce continues to inspire those around her with her career achievements to date, including the students of the University of Texas!

Along with Rihanna – who recently attended this week’s British Fashion Awards – the two remain strong role models for women striving to make their hopes and goals a reality. Now students at the University are able to take a course on the subject matter, with the two ladies remaining a prime example.

The feminism course looks at the experience behind the ladies, particularly singling them out as women of colour, a factor that makes their presence in the entertainment world that bit more attractive to students, due to the minority of women of colour in the spotlight.

Word is, the class is full, with a waiting list to match! You never know, the ladies may be making their way to the University for inspirational talks…

In other Beyonce news, director Jonas Akerlund has revealed behind the scenes footage of his work with the mega star, which saw Queen Bey being forced to work outside of her comfort zone.
