January 2, 2015 | D&LNew mum Kimberly Wyatt is getting her dancing shoes back on, as she takes part in Comic Relief’s first ever Danceathon!
Taking place at Wembley Arena on Sunday March 8th, Claudia Winkleman will host, as she’s joined by celebrity friends for six hours of dancing, all in the name of charity’s Red Nose Day.
Expect 12 dance instructors on the big stage leading the way with a variation of 12 dance styles, including 50s, Street, Bollywood and West End. Suitable for all ages to join in, the fun and excitement will be kept at a high, with dance styles being switched up every half hour. That’ll definitely keep dancers on their toes.
Plans have also been set in stone for those not able to make it down to Wembley, but still want to help make a change. Did you know you could take part from the comfort of your own home? Simply get your own sponsor sheet completed and join the thousands expected to show up and make dance history!
With a £150 target set, the sponsored dance will benefit those in need of support in the UK and Africa, with entry fees also helping to fund the event.
