April 17, 2014 | Daniella & Letisha Jones-EllisAfter the death of actor Paul Walker in November 2013, things were left up in the air for what was to be his next movie project; Fast & Furious 7. Although he had filmed most of his ‘dramatic scenes’ and the action clips that his character, Brian O’Connor, was involved in, his role wasn’t completed, which left a gap in the storyline, until now.
Since restarting production in March, the cast of Fast & Furious 7 and all film crew members have been working hard to complete the film series without one of their much-loved cast members, but it has now been discovered just how Paul Walker’s character will be remembered in his final scenes.
The script was altered by screenwriter, Chris Morgan, and producers have said that Brian won’t be killed off. Instead, he will seek retirement from the group. The bittersweet ending to all of this is that Paul Walker’s brothers, Cody and Caleb will also be featured in the film to help complete Paul’s un-finished scenes. They will act as body doubles alongside possible computer generated images.
Universal have said: “Caleb and Cody are helping us complete some remaining action for their brother and fill in small gaps left in production. Having them on set has made us all feel that Paul is with us, too.”
The film is expected to be release in April 2015.
