As we look ahead to brighter nights and warmer temperatures, the festival line ups are coming in fast, but who’s got their festival schedule sorted?
Lovebox and Common People are just two of the latest events starting to reveal their huge headliners, support acts and more, so check out what they’ve got in store…
Taking place in Victoria Park, July 14th-15th, Solange will be heading to the Noisey stage to headline, showcasing the best of her US number 1 and GRAMMY award winning album, A Seat at the Table. With Frank Ocean already known to be performing hits from Blonde and Channel Orange, this new addition has just sealed our need to attend, with Solange being listed in the top music releases for many of 2016. Also expect to see Sampha and producer Jamie xx live.
“I’m looking forward to playing at Lovebox this year and sharing the stage with Frank Ocean who headlines directly after my set!”, Jamie xx said.
Other acts also confirmed as ‘East London’s favourite festival’ celebrates 15 years, are Chase & Status, Jess Glynne, Ray Blk, Rag ‘n’ Bone Man, Anne Marie, AJ Tracey, Raye, Jazzy Jeff, and Dreem Team, with more still to be announced. With a killer line up already in place, is it possible for things to get even better?
Get your tickets here and stay in the know with what else is available on the special weekender, including more exclusive line ups, a new theme and a special showcase from XL Recordings for all you Grime fans out there.
