August 8, 2014 | Daniella & Letisha Jones-EllisIn the midst of creating what has become a Summer banger and motivating workout track for many, Dizzee Rascal and Fekky’s new single continues to create a buzz.
Now with a classic black and white visual to match, this popular collaboration was sure to make it to your Summer 2014 weekend anthem spot.
As Dizzee revisits his Grime roots, ‘Still Sittin’ Here’ sees him pair up with South London MC Fekky, to create a revamp of his 2002 track ‘Sittin’ Here’, which featured and served as an opener on his highly acclaimed debut album, Boy In Da Corner.
Having produced his first single ‘I Luv You’ aged 16, Dizzee went on to form the collective Roll Deep Crew and set the wheels in motion to release his debut album at the age of 17. For these credits alone, Dizzee remains one of today’s best noted Grime artists.
Although the single won’t be released until August 25th, ‘Still Sittin’ Here’ is available to pre-order on iTunes today. Plus Dizzee can be seen performing live this year at the 2014 iTunes Festival.
