With the count down to London Fashion Week (LFW) well underway, did you know that there is also a kids platform in town?
Mini Mode will be showcasing kids fashion during LFW and they have revealed a selection of designers who will be presenting their work at its inaugural show (Friday February 16th) in the heart of London’s West End.
“London Fashion Week is iconic,” said Amanda Rabor, UK childrenswear designer and founder of Mini Mode (in collaboration with a network of creatives, influencers, experts and visionaries).
“It has been recognised throughout the world for decades and has launched the careers of some of the world’s greatest creatives; encouraging individuality and respected global brands in the UK industry.”
She goes on to say: “A plethora of UK kids brands have paved the way for the British kids market, creating success stories in this rapidly growing industry. With that in mind, we thought that it was time to create a platform for kids fashion during the UK industry’s renowned London Fashion Week.”
They aim to establish a new and consistent platform for the kids fashion market and the results are going to be incredible.
This year has already seen London Fashion Week Men set the pace for an exciting season, plus the current season of New York Fashion Week (NYFW) and now the spotlight will soon be on kids.
Previous years for Kids Fashion Week have included brands such as Daniele Alessandrini Kids, Amelie et Sophie, LOUD Apparel, The Bonnie Mob and Sproet & Sprout and we cannot wait to see what beautiful faces, talent and clothes 2018 has in store.
