Rihanna Takes Us Back To Her Debut With New Single

With her latest movie coming to theatre screens, Rihanna has announced the release of her new single, which will mark the first official release from the Dreamworks soundtrack.

‘Towards The Sun’ will of course be included on the soundtrack listing, which is out now and available to download on iTunes. Providing music for her latest movie is no doubt a special moment and honour for Rihanna and with her move to animation, Rihanna’s voice can be heard through the character Tip, as she sets off on a journey of a lifetime.

Home is the new film production which is expected in theatres on March 27th, based on Adam Rex’s children’s book, The True Meaning of Smekday, which sees aliens coming to life on Earth.

Die hard Rihanna fans will remember her debut album, Music Of The Sun, which is kind of the vibe we’re getting from Ri’s new single, particularly the sound of the title track. Transporting us to a sunny and happy destination, Ri takes you on her character’s journey through the visual as well as her song. Here’s the full track listing;
