The venue inside the o2 will see some of the biggest names in Afrobeats get the celebrations under way, as Sunday October 27th will see DJ Abrantee host a night of great headliners in music, dance and comedy.
Representing several areas of the African continent, you’ve got acts from Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Congo, Ghana and the UK, with B.E.T. nominated act R2BEES from Ghana headlining the nights performances. Plus special guests for the night include Atumpan, May7ven, Mista Silva, Got To Dance’s Project G and more.
‘Afrobeats is now one of the most recognizable music genres in the world and has influenced as many Western musicians as it has African ones with its exuberant style and polyrhythms.
‘The festival will showcase spectacular performances from Cultural and Afrobeats dance groups, a party atmosphere, live online stream with extensive media coverage on mainstream platforms.
