Throwback Thursday: Horace Brown

Throwback Thursday: Horace Brown

June 27, 2013 | Daniella & Letisha Jones-Ellis

At the weekend, 90s rnb star Horace Brown took to the stage for the first time in the UK for a very long time, as he took it back to the old skool with his tracklist of rnb classics.

Originally from North Carolina, America, Horace started his singing career in the church being the son of a Baptist Minister. He later gained skills in playing different instruments and his determination and great ability later saw him being discovered.

Giving him his break into the music circuit, from background vocals, writing, producing… Horace has done it all and as many songs as his discography boasts, there remains two tracks that are favoured by the public and which he’s most known for.

Of course we’re talking about ‘Things We Do For Love’ and ‘One For The Money’. We just couldn’t choose so here’s a bit of both on this Throwback Thursday! Which one is your favourite?
