Whether it be the gym, a personal trainer or attending dance fitness classes, everyone’s on a mission to gain a body they’re comfortable in and proud to show off.

Master Ellis has been training and teaching for more than 20 years now and as a member of the TKD Federation, he regularly judges at events in the UK and abroad, as well as actively being involved in seminars that may occur throughout the year.
