April 14, 2015 | D&LWith the arrival of the next X-Men movie due next year, spoilers have begun to circulate, along with cast reveals, which include the confirmation that Ben Hardy will take part in his first Hollywood role!
Following his departure from UK BBC soap opera, Eastenders, Ben swaps his character Peter Beale for that of an angel in X-Men: Apocalypse, with the film set for a May 27th release next year.
With several new comers having now been announced for the movie, which will follow Days Of Future Past, Oscar Isaac will play Apocalypse, the super powerful mutant who is often supported by Horsemen and this is where Angel comes in. Being one of the most famous Horseman, Angel is likely to be one of the main supporting roles, potentially making Ben the villain of the movie.
In contrast to his well known character on the soap, it will be interesting for followers of Ben to see him in a menacing role and the opportunity will also be great for Ben himself to further his acting career and take on the challenge of portraying a different character on the big screen.
Alexandra Shipp will also be present in Apocalypse, with returning actors and actresses including Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender.
So with that said, what can we expect from the movie to directly follow the second highest grossing X-Men film of all time?
